The IT Specialist combines expertise in IT and Systems Administration with a proficiency in scripting and automations. This multifaceted role encompasses a wide range of responsibilities, including supporting, repairing, and implementing IT hardware and software. Additionally, this position involves creating and managing scripts for automation, streamlining processes, and ensuring efficient resolution of daily support tickets.
Creates, maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, images, and repairs Dell laptops and peripherals.
Creates, maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, complex PowerShell scripts to accomplish automations, system integrations, patching, and vulnerabilities remediation.
Creates, maintains, analyzes, troubleshoots, complex automated Tasks related to automation and system integrations.
Documents, maintains, upgrades, or replaces hardware and software systems.
Education And Experience Requirements
Bachelor’s degree preferred or equivalent work experience.
5 to 8 years in Technical Services, thriving in a dynamic, fast-paced environment while successfully handling diverse responsibilities.
Advanced knowledge and experience with Automation processes and programming languages.
Expert level and experience with PowerShell, API Calls, and Integrations.
Expert level knowledge of Windows 10/11 Enterprise Edition.
Expert level knowledge of Windows Server 2012/2016,2019,2022
Expert level knowledge Active Directory and Group Policy configuration and administration.
Creativity and latitude required.
Previous experience creating, managing, deploying system images.
Strong interpersonal skills, a fantastic troubleshooter, excellent communication skills with a great “I.T. deskside manner”, with a strong attention to detail.
Good organizational skills and good documentation ability.
Team player and ability to work independently.
