Job Purpose:-
Need a Regional Collection head , who can drive following for his zone:
1.Drive bucket wise roll rates to keep both 30+ & 90+ below threshold levels.
2.Drive possessions in NPA buckets through coordination with state teams and repo vendors
3.Managing current bucket in coordination with business teams wherever applicable and with state teams for healthy portfolio management.
4.Coordination with central teams for remarketing of AHS at best possible rates.
5.To keep the LGD losses well within the threshold limits by finding avenues for early remarketing and better reach
6.Keeping collection and possession cost well within permissible limits and find ways to reduce cost of collections by using market aligned strategies.
7.Owning and managing adherence to repossession processes and procedures for Collections as per the company policies

9.Repo and Auction Vendor management and collections compliance.
10.Team management & strategy implementation / execution for enhancing the resolutions in deeper buckets.
11.To achieve write off and fee collection targets for cost reduction.
12.Reversal of provisioning from providedfor buckets and arresting new flow to provisioning buckets.
JOB RESPONSIBILITIES :-
Responsible for:
1.Collections Strategy execution& maintain the delinquency levels within the company defined targets
2.Achieving Repossession and remarketing targets with state teams and tracking adherence
3.Achieving defined roll rate targets for keeping delinquency levels below threshold limits.
4.Closure of sticky NPA in close coordination with dealership/ Business & brand teams
5.Collection of fee and write off amount to compensate cost of collections.
6.Ensuring MOM target achievements of delinquency levels for all the states aligned to the zone.
7.All collection related hygiene for the zone, including deposition of cash within permissible TAT, repo files & other policy adherence.
8.Initiation/ recommendation of suitable legal remedies as per the field team feedbacks
9.Implementation/ formulation of strategies aligned to seasonality and geodiversity of the states in the zone.
Skill Sets & competencies:-
1.Expertise in collection & possession of preferably CE & Farm equipment exposure.
2.Ease of working with, understanding and remembering collections metrics and numbers
3.Expertise in Data reporting, stratification, segmentation and Analysis
4.Expertise in creating trend charts, data visualization to display the required data
5.Experience in creating collections strategy preferably in NBFC industry
6.Exposure to Captive finance especially in Agriculture and Construction segments would help
7.Excellent communication skills in terms of working with senior management and also managing communications with Field teams
8.Understanding of overall NBFC business and its functions
9.Desired that the candidate should have either national level exposure or should have worked atleast at a zonal or regional manager level and have managed minimum of two states.

Work with various agencies that help in Repossession and Collections etc.
Qualification, Age and Experience:-
Education-
Minimum qualification: MBA(Finance ) from a Reputated institute
Professional Qualification-
MBA/Any PG
Experience
