Conduct interviews via various means (Face to face, Telephone calls, or Web interface – be comfortable interacting using live video and recording)
– Use your ability to capture errors made while speaking or writing
– Enumerate and advocate your decision with accurate documentation
– Participate in language assessment calibrations
– Report any discrepancy immediately to the process lead and suggest corrective action
– Identify needs and gaps within our systems and suggest ways to improve efficiency, alleviate confusion and eradicate mediocrity
– Ensure all-around consistency on grounds of common understanding
– Switch roles and perform tasks without being asked to – display ownership

– Create a sense of a great interview experience
**Requirements**:
– Excellent spoken and written English Language Skills
– Proven work experience as an English Language Evaluator / Trainer or similar role (1-5 years)
– Ability to communicate effectively
– Good typing speed and accuracy
– Exposure and extensive practice in ‘Talk and Type’
– Identifying and rectifying language errors
– Sharp eye for detail
– Be assertive and stand ground
– Experience in handling interviews
– Confident and able to challenge the status quo
– Ability to meet deadlines and has efficient time management
– Optimize time and resource utilization to deliver numbers when needed
– Prepared to work in rotational shifts
– Prepared to work from the office on all days of the week
