Job Descriptions

Responsible for providing quality customer service through the use of voice technology. This position will provide call routing and customer engagement through the use of voice recognition and natural language processing technologies. Additionally, this position will provide support for customer interactions through the use of call center automation tools.

Responsible for ensuring the quality of our telephone calls. They will be screening calls to make sure they are in line with our standards, and will be resolving any issues that may arise.

Salary: ₹16,000.00 – ₹22,000.00 per month
