Responsibilities of candidates include: .

– Inform customers about company’s products/services and offers

– Manage inbound and outbound customer calls in a timely manner

– Identify customers’ needs and wants, clarifying information whenever possible .

– Basic Computer Knowledge (Word, Excel, Emails)

– Continuously generating prospect customers and getting reference from every visit from the clients.

– Selling products

– Regular touch with clients

– Regular discussion with clients for new development

– Candidate should have good communication

– Ability to work seamlessly in a team-based environment.
