Job Purpose and Impact
The Commercial Manager – Key accounts India will lead key accounts for the Aqua premix business. In this role, you will use your interpersonal skills to lead and establish relationships with senior management of feed manufacturing organisations and position Cargill. You will lead all aspects of sales activities for the portfolio of products or services in India.
Key Accountabilities
• Evaluate market potential and lead sales for the Aqua premix business in India
• Identify new sales opportunities and commercial partnerships
• Plan, organize, coordinate and engage senior stakeholders in feed manufacturing organizations and position customized Aqua premix (Vitamin and Mineral), feed additives portfolio
• Produce new account revenue in line with current organization and individual targets and quotas

• Produce new account revenue in line with current organization and individual targets and quotas
• Provide leadership and work with our complex or high profile accounts, products and services, sales or account management processes
• Work with the product teams and lead pricing and negotiation involving pricing and strategic marketing teams
• Represent Cargill in the region and participate in industry related events
• Engage and resolve all Technical queries related to products and portfolio with support from the internal R&D and strategic marketing teams
• Lead and develop a team, coach, and make decisions related to talent management, hiring, performance, and disciplinary actions
• Other duties as assigned
