Key Responsibilities:
- Follow up with the concerned contractor about the tentative figure
If any shortfall we fulfill the shortfall by over staying with the current shift accordingly
Gate counting contract wise
Checking with respect to GHP & GMP, at gate
Communication with the production officer about the exact figure of manpower (Contract+ BIL)
Deployment of contractual workers with respect to positional manning to support Production Officer
2. Attendance System
Verify the smooth punching operation of Contract as well as BIL workers

- Taking attendance sheet from Scrum (for BIL) system and again cross verify it with positional manning with
Casual Supervisor as well as Production Officer
- After collecting the attendance sheet we have to put attendance manually in our system for more clarification
- Leave and OT update on daily basis
- Handling all issues regarding absenteeism of BIL Workers
3. Data analysis
- Whatever data required by HR Officer regarding Contractual manpower or BIL workers those data timely sent by us
- Daily Updatation of MIS data, Shift v/s actual data
- Collecting data related to audit compliances
4. General Administration
- Canteen Coupon (Lunch/Dinner/Snacks) distribution
- Handling of industrial relation issues in Second and Night shift (Transportation, Medical emergency, canteen related issues etc.)
- Take plant round and maintain Hygiene, Behavior and hardware related issue.
5. Induction training for new contract labour and BIL workers (Discipline, hygiene, Food Safety & Personnel Safety)
6. Maintaining standard manpower deployment as per requirement:
- Understand Line wise manning.
- Able to ensure consist manpower.
- Maintain good relations with all contractors.
