Position purpose
As pmo within the transformation office, you will support the management in the organization and further buildup of financial shared services.
Individual must possess strong expertise in the area of sla management, stakeholder management, communication management; internal reporting & governance for finance shared services.
Responsibilities
Direct responsibilities
Contribute and coordinate transversal projects;
Manage and create sla’s for services in scope for various work streams and regions
Role will also require an individual to work with transition management team on projects, billing and other transition related deliverables i.eCreate presentations for senior management, provide support on creating raci, tom, project plans etc.
Track project performance, specifically to analyze the successful completion of short- and long-term goals
Preparing weekly/ monthly dashboards and provide update to senior management highlighting current progress, risks, challenges and dependencies to relevant stakeholders
Ensure documentation of all tasks, activities using standard templates and maintain repository for future references
Facilitate relations between other finance services and its stakeholders;
Ensure effective implementation of the major action plans;
Drive the change management
Participate in the implementation of the target organization,
Verify and monitor that all the documentation is updated and in line with the applied processes;
Define data needed to manage a consolidated dashboard of the center
Define, implement and monitor local initiatives via projects with all people involved (definition and follow-up of the budget, planning and resources…).
Technical & behavioral competencies
Must be efficient in ms office, microsoft project and sharepoint
Expertise in creating sla’s / legal documents
Strong in communication and stakeholder management
Bachelor’s degree in finance or business
Proficient in microsoft office suite (excel, powerpoint, word)
Experience related to project management
Previous consulting experience is a plus
