At the heart of its` existence, the recession proof financial literacy mentorship program exists to provide knowledge and resources to its` diverse membership population that ranges from ages 16 to 75Through the organization`s core values of self-development and eternal learning, recession proof has equipped over 500 members to walk away from their jobs and into their destinies to launch 6-figure businesses.
As the recession proof empire continues to grow, and more lives are impacted, we need some members on the team! therefore, recession proof is seeking a fully-remote helpdesk associate to partner with our sales and mentorship team as we continue to change lives across the nation!
Essential functions:
§ answers incoming customer inquiries regarding billing issues, product problems, service questions
And general client concerns.
§ escalates all client issues to the appropriate party and follow-ups to ensure issue has been
Resolved.
§ promotes a positive customer-centric attitude and mentality.
§ updates customer portal on company digital platform.
§ partners with the management team to remain abreast on product knowledge and any updates to
Company’s policies and procedures.
§ impacts the company’s bottom line by problem solving and taking the iniaitve to turn frustrated
Clients into repeat customers.
§ researches and gathers information upon request from management team.
§ performs other
