Full Job Description

Requirements:

 Up to 3-6 years of experience.

 Hands on experience with creating and developing of new product.

 Knowledge of MS office tools

 Excellent documentation habits, oral and written communication and presentation skills including ability

to distil complex ideas into simple explanations.

Responsibilities:

1. Hands on experience in garment (car body cover) product, developing new product from start to end.

2. Good understanding of raw material, specifications and creation of SOPs

3. Design the row material requirement and make estimate & cost of new product development.

4. Finalize the material price with management

5. Making the costing sheets with the help of new product development team.

6. Resourcing the row materials from vendor on time basis.

7. Visit to vendor time to time to get material

8. Prepare comprehensive project plans with technical objectives and detailed cost estimates

9. Analyze product cost and prepare schedule plans for effective implementation of projects.

10. Prepare and approve product design and test plans, review design and recommend adequate

changes to the approved models before actual role out of new products

11. Approve prototypes of new designs, conduct performance analysis of prototypes and ensure

assemblage of products follow company’s quality parameters.

12. Responsible for all analytical testing required during product development, such stitching, QC, and

Packing.

13. Develop and review design prototypes, perform test and finalize product design to facilitate mass

production.

14. Analyze new components, materials, and technologies to evaluate functionalities for all new product

development.

15. Preparation of technical documentation in accordance with regulatory requirements and with the

company’s new product development process,

16. Making the power point presentation for new product development to show our client.

17. Should be able to work closely with the marketing team for new product development

18. Understanding of customer needs, analysis of customer requirement,

converting customer needs in to

reality

19. Work closely with Quality team, & Vendors to explore innovative solutions to innovate and renovate

the product matrix as per productivity initiative for business need.

20. High level understanding of Packaging and labelling requirement with product claim

21. Technical support to cross functional department

CTC- Upto 35k
