Job Description: Responsibilities:  Engage with potential clients over phone calls, email, and in-person meetings to inform them about our real estate projects.  Provide detailed information about the projects, including features, benefits, pricing, and payment plans.  Address client inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally, ensuring high levels of customer satisfaction.  Follow up with potential clients to gauge their interest and assist them throughout the decision-making process.  Maintain a comprehensive knowledge of our real estate projects and stay updated on market trends.  Build and maintain positive relationships with clients, ensuring exceptional customer experiences.  Collaborate with the sales team to coordinate site visits and facilitate client interactions.

 Keep accurate records of client interactions, transactions, and follow-ups. Qualifications and Skills:  Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written.  Previous experience in customer service, sales, or a related field is preferred.  Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.  Pleasant and professional demeanor, with the ability to handle client interactions with tact and confidence.  Ability to work in a team-oriented environment. Requirements:  Good communication skills are a must.  This position is open to female candidates only.
