Job description :

• Develop IT policies, processes, budgets, and service catalogs aligned withm business goals

• Making strategic decisions on IT platforms, infrastructure, and new technologies

• Negotiating contracts with IT vendors and service providers • Managing vendor accounts and relationships to maximize value

• Monitoring vendor performance metrics and SLA compliance • Overseeing onboarding, security, access controls, and offboarding

• Implementing IT projects for systems upgrades, integrations, and process improvements

• Establishing IT department KPIs and metrics to track progress

• Identifying opportunities to reduce spending through consolidation and automation

• Leading IT teams and mentoring staff on technologies and best practices

• Staying current on IT and cybersecurity industry trends

• Directly overseeing critical infrastructure, applications, and information security

• Providing guidance on technology initiatives across the business

• Reporting on IT status, risks, issues, and achievements to executives

Requirements:

• 8+ years managing IT strategy and vendor relationships

• Record of successful IT optimization initiatives

• Strong leadership, communication, negotiation, and analytical skills
