About the product manager, platform at headspace health:
Location: us-remote

Headspace health exists to improve the health and happiness of the world, and we’re accelerating our capabilities in order to deliver on that missionWe’re looking to hire a product manager who will work closely with internal customers like the content, member support and marketing teams to solve problems and accelerate the growth of headspace healthReporting to the lead product manager, platform and leading one of our development teams, the individual will be a critical leader for the platform tools’s team vision and roadmap.
Headspace health is at a very significant point in its trajectory as the ginger and headspace products merge and we need to scale the support for our members in supporting their mental healthThis role will be pivotal in understanding the key business needs and the tools needed to empower team members in support of the company’s growth.

How your skills and passion will come to life at headspace health:

Develop and drive the team roadmap by working closely with internal stakeholders, assessing industry best practices with an eye towards scalability and best practices.
Working closely with customers like the content publishing team, the member experience team and product feature teams to understand their problems and find creative solutions to make their jobs more efficient
Owning key features and optimizations of the cms and member experience user management system, tools that are fundamental to keeping the business running
Collaborating and managing project lifecycles across a team of engineers, designers, content publishers, and member experience detectives to execute on the platform tools roadmap and product launches
Developing product specs, conceptual diagrams, and wireframes to facilitate the development of new products and features
Working closely with the platform foundation team and product feature teams to understand the evolution of the product and anticipate future tooling needs

What you’ve accomplished:

Required 2-4 years of experience in product management, engineering or operations
Experience working on content management systems and integration of 3rd party tools into product ecosystems is preferred
Previous experience running large-scale projects or features across teams and a track record of excellence in execution with attention to detail
Has strong relationship building skills with diverse cross-functional stakeholders and customers to clearly prioritize initiatives that provide value based on goals and impact
Ability to specify technical requirements to address customer opportunities or pain points
Strong qualitative and quantitative data analysis, and problem-solving skills
Excellent written and oral communication skills and an ability to effectively present technical concepts to non-technical audiences
Ability to thrive in a startup environment
