Conduct internal audits, write audit reports, and close gaps with delivering continual process improvement projects
Work with stakeholders to understand the current pain points and solve them through cross functional engagements
Work with internal stakeholders and si partner to develop, design & implement processes in various systems
Should be fully familiar with trouble to restore (t2r) cycle processes in a b2b and/or b2c telecom company or in managed services
Hands on experience in implementing etom, itil, devops and other telecom specific business process frameworkFamiliar with bpm and enterprise architecture tools
Should have played the role of a key process champion in a digital transformation project
Drive inception, discovery, solutioning, implementation of oss-bss with complex system integrations, should have experience in implementing frameworks – business process, tools/ systems and people development
Excellent interpersonal, presentation & communication skills.

Key expectations:

Design and implement service fulfilment & service assurance processes based on itil, etom, devops and other frameworks for noc functions
Perform process discovery (as-is analysis), gap analysis, and to-be design across process like incident, problem, change, configuration, release & deployment, knowledge, performance, service quality, business relationship management, asset management, sla management, supplier management, demand management, capacity management, etc.
Use business analysis tools and techniques to interface with stakeholders’/operations team to understand the requirement, analyze it, design the logic/solution, prepare brs/frs, coordinate with system integrators for development, perform and execute test cases to ensure requirement/solution is developed according to requirement, prepare user guide, impart training on the new features/functionalities developed, handover to operations team for bau
Ensure complete implementation & testing of processes in service management tools like remedy, hp sm, service now, etc& service fulfilment systems like oracle osm (order management), workforce management system, robotic process automation and various orchestration platforms
Responsible for system readiness while onboarding new functions and services in noc
Exposure and technology understanding in one or more of these domains : transmission, ip/mpls, enterprise b2b connectivity products like mpls, l2/l3 vpn, ill, etc.
Process audit in coordination with various process owners’/function heads
Identifies and provides recommendations for continuous process/service improvement (csi) through automation, eliminating non value adding processes/steps, etc.
Ensure training and awareness of tool usage to noc functions
Effectively gather all relevant information, identify relationships, draw logical conclusions and interpret results for use in decision-making
Excellent documentation and presentation skills
Articulate ideas and recommendations – written and verbal.

Education:

B.e (electronics & telecommunication) or equivalent

Certifications/trainings:

Itil (intermediate/expert)
Etom bpf
Six sigma green belt
Cbap business analysis
Pmp
Agile, devops.
