Role Description
Looking for candidates who have provided support to VIP & MAC users
Candidates who have worked on printer support, Office 365
. Bachelor’s degree in computer science, engineering, or Information System Management with minimum five (5) years of experience OR Bachelor’s degree in any field with equivalent work experience with minimum of seven (7) years in the Information Technology support field preferably in development organization. 2. In-depth understanding of information technology systems which includes common computer applications, standard operating system and desktop software including but not limited to Microsoft Windows 10 and O365. 3. Strong Hands-on experience in resolving common problems in Computer hardware, Remote Access and Network (LAN/WAN) communications. 4. Experience with Dell, Lenovo, Cisco, and Canon/HP printing and scanning hardware. 5. Sound knowledge and hands on experience about TCP/IP, Subnetting, routing and switching. Configuring & good understanding on different types of server, DNS, Proxy, Web (http), Gateway, Firewall, Cisco Switches, VLAN, VIP Support or MAC Support VPN, Bandwidth Management, Failover, HotSpot etc. 6. Good capability of creating network diagram, presentation, and report on any given network system (Voice/Video/Data) 7. Industry certifications like A+, MCSE or CCNA, etc. is mandatory or individual will have to clear within three months after joining the team. 8. ITIL Foundation Certification is mandatory or individual will have to clear within three months after joining the team. A3. Communication and Customer Service: 1. Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English Language. 2. Ability to work in a team environment and across organizational boundaries, as well as to handle multiple tasks, and coordinate with outside vendors. Experience in creating Video conferencing
