Managing the different facets of subscription renewals.
Preparing the renewal quotations, negotiating & closing the deals efficiently.
Increase YOY margins of Subscription renewal business.
Retain existing customers with zero loss to competitors.
Track and provide accurate status of all open opportunities via Salesforce.
Uncover additional sales/training opportunities when responding to quote requests.
Elevating the upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
Work in collaboration with Field Sales,
Technical & Sales Operations team.
Communicate with clients in a professional, concise, and effective manner.
Perform lead generation & cold calling activities.
