2. Having basic Knowledge on GPO, SCCM/MECM & Intune.
3. Having Knowledge of Window Client & Server Operating System Like Window 10,11 & Server 2016 & 2019.
4. Good technical knowledge and excellent Communication skills
5. Perform remote troubleshooting through diagnostic techniques and relevant questions.
6. Ability to perform remote troubleshooting and provide clear instructions.
7. Direct unresolved issues to the next level of support personnel.
8. Record events and problems and their resolution in logs.
9. Follow-up and update customer status and information.
10. DiagnosingTroubleshooting and resolving technical hardwaresoftware issues.
11. Work with other team members of the support teams to deliver support to users.
12. Creating Knowledge base of known issues or of any new identified issue.
13. Good knowledge of Remote tool like LMI, Goto Meeting & RDP.
14. Good knowledge of Ticking tool like SM9 & Service Now
