Role & Responsibilities :
– Develop and create innovative design concepts, graphics, and layouts for various marketing materials, including but not limited to brochures, flyers, advertisements, social media graphics, website banners, and presentations
– Collaborate with the marketing team to understand project requirements, target audience, and brand guidelines, ensuring the design aligns with the company’s visual identity and objectives.
– Lead design projects from concept to completion, including ideation, storyboarding, and final execution.
– Work closely with the creative team to brainstorm ideas, provide constructive feedback, and contribute to the overall creative direction of projects.
– Stay updated with industry trends,
design tools, and software, and share knowledge and best practices with the team.
– Manage multiple projects simultaneously, ensuring deadlines are met without compromising the quality of deliverables.
– Provide guidance and mentorship to junior designers, fostering their growth and development within the team.
– Collaborate with external vendors and agencies as needed to ensure the successful execution of design projects.
– Maintain a strong attention to detail, ensuring accuracy, consistency, and adherence to brand guidelines in all design deliverables.
– Contribute to the continuous improvement of design processes and workflows, suggesting and implementing efficiency-enhancing strategies.
Ideal Candidate :
– Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communications, or a related field.
– 3-4 years of professional experience in graphic design, preferably in a creative agency or in-house design team.
– Strong portfolio showcasing a diverse range of design work,
including both print and digital media.
– Proficiency in industry-standard design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator) and other relevant tools.
– Excellent understanding of design principles, typography, color theory, and layout techniques.
– Ability to think creatively and develop innovative design solutions that align with project objectives and target audience.
– Strong communication and presentation skills, with the ability to effectively articulate design concepts and ideas.
– Exceptional time management skills and the ability to work efficiently under pressure while maintaining high-quality standards.
– Experience in video editing, motion graphics,
or UX/UI design is a plus.
– A self-motivated individual with a strong work ethic, attention to detail, and a passion for design.
