Job Description :Plus91 Technologies is looking for a Senior Project Manager to be responsible for handling our company’s ongoing projects. You will work closely with your team members to ensure that all project requirements, deadlines, and schedules are on track. Responsibilities include submitting project deliverables, preparing status reports, and establishing effective project communication plans as well as the proper execution of said plans.To be a successful candidate, you must have proven experience in project management and the ability to lead project teams of various sizes. A Project Management Professional (PMP)
certification is a huge advantage.Key Responsibilities :- Work together with the Business Owner/stakeholder to plan and execute projects, and ensure that teams have appropriate product and technical specifications, direction, and resources to deliver products effectively by establishing realistic estimates for timelines while ensuring that projects remain on target to meet deadlines- Work closely with development, and quality control teams to get an estimation and plan of delivery- Report to Business Owners on project scheduling, project updates, delays, and and any issue that may impact the risk and health of the business- Schedule and conduct release meetings and weekly demos of work-in-progress- Advocate on behalf of the Business Owner to ensure that maximum productivity is achieved for the Company- Ensure that proper and thorough technical product documentation is captured and made available to the team- Utilize efficient processes to ensure minimal resource wastage- Coordinate releases with marketing and support teams to ensure smooth product launches with proper information and resources available to customers- Assess all engineering team members and make recommendations related to resource utilization.- Establishing effective project communication plans and ensuring their execution.-Facilitating change requests to ensure that all parties are informed of the impacts on schedule and budget.-Coordinating the development of user manuals, training materials, and other documents as needed to enable successful implementation and turnover of the process or system to the clients.-Managing customer satisfaction within the project transition period.You Have :- Bachelor’s degree- Must have implemented at least 3 government projects from Scratch- Must have at least 15 years of experience working through the design and implementation cycle and delivering software products.- Strong project management skills, time management, and problem-solving skills- Experience with E-governance projects- A high command of verbal and written English & Hindi- Readiness to travel to client location as per requirementAwesome to have :- Self-motivation, team player, action and results-oriented- Well organized, good communication and reporting skills- Ability to successfully work under tight project deadlines- Experience in Healthcare Technology or EHR/HMIS(ref:hirist.com)
