Overview:
The Director of Sales at Flowace.ai is a senior executive responsible for overseeing and leading the sales department or function.
This role is critical for driving revenue growth and achieving the company’s sales goals right from demand generation to deal closure.
Role and Responsibilities:
– Develop and implement a comprehensive sales strategy aligned with the company’s overall business objectives.
– Set revenue targets and track progress, making adjustments to strategies and tactics as needed to ensure consistent growth.
– Stay updated on industry trends and market conditions to identify new opportunities, threats, and competitive intelligence.
– Have a deep understanding of the company’s products or services and their value proposition to effectively communicate with customers.
– Continuously optimize the sales process, including lead generation, qualification product demo and conversion, to maximize efficiency and productivity.
Qualifications:
– 8+ years of experience in a similar strategic account management role or relevant experience in B2B SaaS sales, preferably in the technology industry
– A proven track record of achieving sales and revenue growth targets consistently
– Proven end-to-end experience in client prospecting
– Proven end-to-end experience in giving live product demos
– Proven end-to-end experience in negotiations and deal closures
– Experience working with cross-functional teams and collaborating with internal and external stakeholders
