As a Business Development Manager (IT Sales), you will play a crucial role in identifying and creating new business opportunities, developing and nurturing client relationships, and contributing to the overall growth and success of the company.

Key Responsibilities:
– Conducting market research to identify potential clients, industries, and trends.
– Analyzing market data and competitor activities to develop strategies for market penetration and differentiation.
– Identifying and targeting potential clients through various channels, including cold calling, email campaigns, and networking.
– Qualifying leads and building a robust sales pipeline.
– Conducting client meetings, presentations, and product demonstrations.
– Collaborating with technical teams to create customized solutions and proposals for clients.
– Negotiating contracts and closing deals to meet revenue targets.
– Developing and executing sales strategies to achieve sales goals and objectives.
– Creating and managing a sales forecast and budget.
– Providing input into product development based on client feedback and market insights.
– Tracking and reporting on IT sales performance, key metrics, and market trends.
– Using data-driven insights to continuously improve sales strategies.
– Utilizing CRM software to manage client interactions, track sales activities, and maintain accurate records.
Requirements:
– Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field (MBA is a plus).
– Minimum 2-3 years of experience as a Business Development Professional in the IT software development industry.
– Strong understanding of software development services and technology trends.
– Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills.
– Proven track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets.
– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
– Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
– A positive attitude, adaptability, and resilience in the face of challenges.
– Proficiency in CRM software and Microsoft Office Suite is a plus.
