Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Technical Support Specialist. The Technical Support Specialist will be responsible for providing technical support to customers and resolving technical problems, troubleshooting and debugging errors, analyzing technical issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Technical Support Specialist will also provide excellent customer support and maintain excellent communication with customers via email, phone, and chat to resolve their issues promptly.
