Responsibilities:
– Facilitate the onboarding process for new customers by guiding them through the setup, activation, and implementation of our products/services.
– Provide comprehensive product demonstrations, training, and tutorials to enhance customers’ understanding and effective usage of our offerings.
– Establish and maintain positive and trust-based relationships with customers to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
– Gather and relay customer feedback and insights to the relevant teams to improve product features, functionalities, and overall customer experience.
– Maintain accurate and detailed records of customer interactions, onboarding progress, and support activities in the company’s CRM system.
– Collaborate closely with the After Sales team and other relevant departments to ensure seamless customer experiences and a unified approach to customer success.
Skills and Qualifications:
– Bachelor’s degree in sales, marketing, or related field.
– 1+ years’ experience in a similar role.
– Excellent customer service skills.
– Strong conflict resolution skills.
– In-depth knowledge of sales and marketing software.
– Ability to remain calm and professional in stressful situations.
– Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
– Empathy and patience.
– Advanced organizational skills.
Job Types:

Salary: From ₹258,000.00 per year
