JOB ROLE FOR SALES AND MARKETING EXECUTIVE
Sales and Marketing Job Description
Our company is making following works for a sales and marketing executive to kept in mind.
JOB ROLE:
– Tracking weekly, monthly, and quarterly performance and sales metrics;
– Understanding client needs and offering solutions and support;
– Ensure that company initiatives and tools provided are used and maximized;
– Sell products and enhancing digital advertising through WhatsApp, Facebook, Instagram, etc.
– Negotiate direct and agency business. Input client orders and copy the details till final reach.
– Cold calling; making multiple outbound calls to potential clients;
– Answering potential client questions and follow-up call questions;
– Creating and maintaining a list/database of prospect clients;
– Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
– Understand digital marketing including mobile and programmatic digital advertising;
– Working with sales team members when closing sale.
– Presenting and delivering information to potential clients;
– Maintaining database in Salesforce of prospective client information;
– Researching potential leads from business directories, web searches, or digital resources.
Skills and requirements:
– Possesses an energetic, outgoing, and friendly demeanor;
– Persuasive and goal-oriented;
– Able to multitask, prioritize, and manage time efficiently;
– A minimum one years’ sales experience;
– A proven track record delivering strong and consistent sales growth while consistently exceeding revenue targets.
– Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-growth, rapidly changing culture and environment;
– Previous experience in outbound call center, inside sales experience,
or related sales experience preferred;
– This position requires a fully insured personal vehicle and valid driver’s license;
– Self-motivated and self-directed;
– Strong oral and written communication skills;
– Strong computer skills, including Microsoft Office Suite (Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, and
Excel) and Salesforce experience required;
– Excellent verbal and written communication skills; the ability to call, connect and interact with potential customers;
– Knowledge of sales process from initiation to close;
– Comfortable making cold calls and talking to new people all day;
– Tenacity to handle rejection and continue on with a positive attitude when reaching next potential client.
JOB TARGETS
1. Making minimum 8-10 Visits at Dealers,
Architects and Interior Designers in given areas every day.
2. Getting target Sales of specified amounts each month from given areas.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹180,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
