– Adview Advertising Private Limited is a sign manufacturing company since 1989. We are seeking an individual with good communication and with some basic knowledge for the position of ‘Office Admin & Account’.
Roles and Responsibilities:
– Attending customers, phone calls, checking email, and updating leadership as needed
– Coordinating with customers/suppliers/employees.
– Plan, coordinate, and manage all administrative procedures and systems.
– Sending and receiving documents, and emails for the company.
– Update daily ongoing work in Excel everyday
– Make Quotations, process Purchase Orders, make bills
– Follow-up for payments from customers via email or phone
Skills Required:
– MUST HAVE KNOWLEDGE & EXPERIENCE IN MICROSOFT EXCEL AND WORD
– Good communication skills in English (spoken and writing emails)
– Must possess managerial skills, be dedicated, and be committed
Skills Preferred:
– Making bill in Tally (Accounting) experience is preferred.
– Knowledge of GST Bill and uploading.
– Knowledge of e-invoice.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹13,000.00 – ₹15,000.00 per month

– Day shift
