Responsibilities and Tasks
Strategy
Establish a global strategy and roadmap for the Work force development function which includes job skills , team onboarding , OJT ( On Job training) , team development for future skills and documentation.
Operations
Develop and lead GSC onboarding programs – Any New Hire and New Leader.
Tie into department workforce planning processes to identify future skill requirements and ensure roadmap alignment.
Facilitate development of job training programs for teams with the help of SMEs.
Make ongoing improvements to existing job training program to keep pace with the rate of change requiring new knowledge and skills for the global GSC workforce.
Establish a Skill gap analysis methodology and strategy to plug the gap (either by internal programs or by external training).
Maintain metrics to measure training compliance, budgets utilization, training readiness, and learning effectiveness.

Establish process for employee learning needs analysis and optimize processes to improve quality, increase efficiency, and improve job satisfaction
Build relationships with Global leaders to stay connected to business priorities that impact workforce readiness.
Experience in instruction design, training delivery, ADDIE’s methodology, working with any LMS tools , content development tools ( like camtesia , articulate et.al ).
