Job description
Roles and Responsibilities
1. Handling Inbound & Outbound calls
2. Creating emails and other content as part of a wider marketing campaign
3. Making Follow-up calls & Fixing appointments
4. Outbound Calling on Data collected through lead generation activities
5. Handling the customer queries
6. Coordinating with other departments.
7. Provide daily reports
8. Keep records of call
9. Building and maintaining profitable relationships with key customers.
10. Resolving customer complaints quickly and efficiently.
11. Freshers also can apply.
Desired Candidate Profile
– Minimum of 2 years of experience
– Communication- Excellent communication in English & Hindi (Mandatory) & Regional language. Arabic is added advantage
– Basic computer operating knowledge.
– Ability to multi-task, prioritize and manage time effectively
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: ₹180,000.00 – ₹300,000.00 per year
