Full Job Description

– Prepare and maintain financial records and documents for the logistics department.

– Monitor and reconcile customer and vendor accounts, including payments and invoices.

– Process and review expenses and purchase orders.

– Assist in month-end and year-end closing procedures, including preparing financial reports and statements.

– maintain accurate records.

– Assist in maintaining accurate inventory records.

– Provide support for external audits and internal audits.

– Collaborate with other departments and teams to ensure accurate financial information is recorded.

– Perform other related duties as assigned.

Qualifications:

– Associate’s or bachelor’s degree in accounting or related field.

– 1-2 years of experience in accounting or finance.

– Knowledge of accounting principles and practices.

– Familiarity with accounting software and systems.

– Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.

– Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.

– Excellent written and verbal communication skills.

– Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

– Strong problem-solving and analytical skills.

– Experience in logistics or transportation industry is preferred.
