What you will do:
Respond to client emails
Research, identify, and resolve customer queries and complaints
Manage regulatory compliances
Accounts Payable – Entering supplier/client invoices
Accounts Receivable – Generating and sending invoices
Ensure all data is entered to our systems in an accurate and timely manner.
General assistance to the Strata Manager and other administration duties
Other secretarial and ad hoc duties
Skills Required
Strong English written and verbal communication skills
1-2 years experience in Customer service / Client Servicing (International level)
Exceptional attention to details
Great Analytical and Problem solving ability
Quick learner, Quick thinker
High levels of integrity, autonomy, and self-motivation
Experience using Microsoft Office Suite, intermediate to advanced Excel
Strong planning and coordinating skills
Can do attitude
