We are a subsidiary organization providing sales support services to a client based in North America. Our growing subsidiary division seeking candidates, who are passionate about a career in sales and excited to provide a level of services unmatched in the industry. The primary focus of this position is to take various means of leads to sell and lease products and value-added services to customers throughout North America.
PRIMARY RESPONSIBILITIES:
– Handle digital inquiries to drive revenue and value-added revenue by matching client’s products and services to each customer’s need.
– Proactively engage with new and existing customers thus helping build stronger customer relationship.
– Recognize customer requirements to effectively communicate and promote client’s turnkey storage and office solutions. Additionally, understand client’s essential offerings to proactively sell those offerings to all customers
– Conceptualize value-based pricing by leveraging full client’s Product line of best-in-class storage and modular products.
– Collaborate with client’s North American branch and sales management to fulfil customer requirements.

– Consultative, solution selling approach to recognize customer requirements for value-based product placement.

– Ability to clearly communicate product values and expectations to customers and thereafter internally to ensure smooth ordering process.
– Ensure regular attendance to be able to fulfill essential functions of the Job.
OPERATIONAL / ACADEMIC REQUIREMENTS
– Ability to understand and navigate Customer Relationship Management system i.e Sales Force and Account Management / Resource Planning Software i.e SAP Systems.
– Intermediate understanding of MS Office Suite primarily MS EXCEL
– Work based on a Computer, Telephone, and other office electronics.
– Bachelor’s Degree or at least 2 years of Sales/Customer Service experience in the North American Market. USA.

Salary: ₹600,000.00 – ₹900,000.00 per year
