We are hiring for Sales Executive (3 position) who is dynamic, bright and aspires to grow professionally. The position offers an extremely dynamic opportunity to grow professionally and promising career.
Position: Sales Executive
Job Description:
– Actively working with the sales team for implementation of sales activities/strategies but not limited to build business by identifying and selling prospects, maintaining relationship with clients.
– Working under overall supervision and guidance of Senior Sales Executive and providing him/her necessary support in improving organization’s business footprint.
– Submitting regular updates and reporting to Senior Sales Executive.
– Maintaining relationships with clients by providing support, information,
and guidance.
– Hold regular meetings with clients to increase client-base, ensuring initiation of dialogue with clients and closure of client agreements
– Work in close coordination with concerned teams for growing company’s business footprint.
– Liaise with stakeholders (internal and external) and the vendors to promote success of activities and enhance the company’s presence
– Researching and recommending new opportunities & prospects, profits, and service improvements towards increasing business prospects, undertaking competitor analysis
– Develop budget, execution plan for marketing activities, organize and attend marketing activities or events to raise brand awareness.
– Prepare periodic reports by collecting, analyzing and summarizing information.
– Support the marketing manager in overseeing the department’s operations
Skillsets Required:
– Strong communication, presentation, and analytical skills, high level of proficiency in
Marathi, Hindi and English
– Up to date on the latest sales & marketing trends.
– The field of sales requires some core technical skills to grow the client-base and track the performance of the sales efforts.
– Proficiency in using different sales & marketing tools, different software like project management software, analytical software, communication and presentation software is a desired skill for this job role.
– He/she should be able to work coherently as a team-member, and able to deal with verticals across organization.
– Researching and brainstorming each stage of the project.
– Compiling reports detailing the effects exerted by each campaign and sharing these with clients.
– Positive approach, professional appearance and attitude, high level of professionalism
– Career-oriented
Education and Experience Requirements:
– Graduate or Post-graduation in any discipline/s
– Proven experience as Sales Executive or similar role with at least 1 year of experience
– Good understanding of market research techniques, data analysis and statistics methods
– Thorough knowledge of strategic planning principles and marketing best practices
– Proficient in MS Office and marketing software
– Ability to deal with clients, venders in a professional manner
– Ability to work with diverse needs external vendors (service providers,
equipment suppliers, clients)
– Ability to work with multiple people at all levels in the organization
– An ideal candidate will be a self-starter who is comfortable with technology and is attentive to details
