Overview: chenega enterprise systems and solutions (chess), llcIs seeking a srSharepoint developer to function as a technical expert and provide services in support of our government agency customerSpecifically, this individual will perform, and support sharepoint online development and other technical projects as assignedThe position requires an individual that has direct experience delivering microsoft sharepoint online solutions and possesses advanced knowledge and in-depth understanding of all features, functionalities, capabilities, and services made available by sharepoint.

Provides alternatives analysis, recommendations, and strategies for continuously improving architectures, approaches, and collaboration in support of sharepoint stakeholders
Proficiency with tools for sharepoint development and customization, including visual studio, sharepoint designer, infopath, collabion, enesys, nintex, and the microsoft office suite and related add-ons and plugins.
Ability to create reports, dashboards, and scorecards using microsoft excel, powerbi, or similar technologies
Setup, configure, and mange sharepoint application features, functions, and services
Able to extract, transform, and load (etl) data from many different sources, in various formats and file types, for the purposes of migrating and presenting legacy data in dashboards and reports.
Performing regular reviews of current architectures to ensure relevance and appropriateness of the current state in anticipation of how the organization evolves and business needs change.
Promotes sharepoint online capabilities to organization stakeholders
Provides training to users and acts as the first-line support for sharepoint stakeholders
Conducts demos and trainings related to sharepoint solutions developed by our team
Participates in meetings, records meeting minutes, and updates and informs stakeholders of changes related to sharepoint
Ability to work independently with end-users to encourage sharepoint online adoption and expansion of their understanding and usage of sharepoint
Troubleshoots and works incidents tickets and support requests to closure
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree and 9 year’s experience
Advanced degree and 7 year’s experience or highschool/ged
13 year’s experience senior-level programming
Knowledge, skills and abilities:
Experience using sharepoint 2013 and later, office365, javascript, css, html, sharepoint designer, sql server, ssrs reporting, nintex forms and workflows, rest api, infopath and visual studio
Demonstrated skill providing analytic solutions and high quality products
Highly self-motivated, self-directed, and results oriented with exceptional attention to detail.
Must understand how to integrate sharepoint online and the microsoft office suite (e.gAccess, excel, infopath, powerpoint, powerpivot, project, and visio) for the purposes of exchanging and presenting data across the full spectrum of microsoft office applications.
Must possess strong critical thinking skills and the ability to analyze and solve problems with limited information, oversight, or direction from leadership
Experience providing technical and strategic advice to government clients, preferably at a government agency
Strong writing and oral communication skills
Must be comfortable working in a collaborative environment
Must possess the ability to present, ideas, solutions and reports in non-technical terminology
Teleworking permitted?: true teleworking details: remote with occasional travel to dc office
