The executive assistant provides administrative assistance to the chief revenue officer (cro), chief technology officer (cto), chief product officer (cpo), chief compliance officer (cco) and chief marketing officer (cmo) leadership team to help them ensure smooth transactions, and manages all communication, projects, and initiatives for the executive leadership team.
You will:
Schedule and set up critical meetings, establish agendas, coordinate meeting logistics and follow up with attendees.
Plan, arrange and coordinate international and domestic business travel for multiple executives and the senior team.
Review and prepare information and presentations for cro/cto/cpo/cco/cmo, with great attention to detail and accuracy.
Maintain the utmost discretion and professionalism while dealing with confidential and sensitive information among the senior team, board members, investors, and potential acquisition targets.
Prioritization, brainstorming, planning, and execution of special projects including events, off sites, budgets and preparations for board and senior leadership meetings.
Organize and circulate important documents, including management of electronic storage, coordinating signatures, disseminating report and coordinating activities.
Travel on occasion
You have:
5+ years of experience as an executive administrator
5+ years experience supporting multiple c-suite executives
Previous experience with a software company a big plus!
Ability to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with all appropriate executive levels within the company, the local community, and with critical industry contacts.
Ability to communicate both verbal and written for internal and external personnel at all levels.
Prior experience writing, preparing, and interpreting executive materials, presentations, contracts, or related documents.
Prior experience handling highly confidential and sensitive materials and issues.
