Role purpose:
Solutions engineers help customers understand how to get the best out of jumio’s productsThey provide technical and functional expertise across our suite of online id and identity verification, kyc, aml, user authentication, and risk management solutions to colleagues in sales, product, engineering, account management, and marketingIn this role, you’ll be leading the charge in showing the value of jumio’s aml solutions suite (including transaction monitoring, kyc, and case management) to prospective customers as well as supporting customers during and following their integration.
You’ll be an integral part of our growing global customer success team, interacting with a broad and interesting range of internal and external stakeholders.

Example responsibilities:
Support pre-sales efforts in completing product demos and proof-of-concepts
Respond effectively to rfps
Provide feedback to the product and engineering teams based on customer feedback
Lead customer integrations in delivery of production-ready configurations and solutions
Serve as a liaison to our engineering, data science, and product teams on integration timelines, customer requests, and user experience
Engage with the data science team to support custom data- and ai-driven use cases
Work directly with customers to understand and implement their desired system configurations related to data mapping, screen layout, workflows, user roles, etc.
Modify configuration files to tailor the system to match customer requirements
Document and maintain integration timelines and deliverables in the form of project plans and jira tickets
Investigate and solve customer support issues
Directly impact the vision of the product and roadmap by helping the company find and implement new use cases
Experience and qualifications:
Have a technical background and understanding of software solutions and principles.
3+ years of work experience in a solutions engineer or similar role, preferably in a saas/cloud environment.
Experience delivering product demonstrations to prospective customers at the executive level.
Excellent verbal/written communication and presentation skills, and experience in delivering effective presentations
Understanding of saas ecosystem and restful apis
Experience with loading and data interchangeable formats (xml, json)
Ability to lead projects and work collaboratively across diverse teams
Experience with financial services organizations, preferably in areas related to financial crimes such as anti-money laundering (aml), fraud, or identity verification.
