Job type: We are looking for Sales Development Representative Interns (Immediate Joiners). If found suitable, would be converted to a Full-Term employee of Zluri after six months.

What is your responsibility?
As a member of the Zluri SDR team, you will
Be a critical member of an innovative, fast-paced Sales Team.
Drive outbound prospecting campaigns (email, phone calls, & social media) to identify potential customers that would benefit from Zluri’s solution.
Be the first point of contact with potential customers to set qualified meetings for a team of Account Executives to Research accounts, identify key players, generate interest through cold discovery calls and email campaigns.
Methodically qualify, build, and manage an accurate sales pipeline; maintain a high volume of activity, including outbound cold calls, emails, & social selling.
Discover new leads through internet research and social media monitoring/messaging, using LinkedIn Navigator, Twitter.
Respond to inbound customer interest and develop these accounts to create opportunities.
Utilize your active listening skills to understand and uncover customer needs and business problems to communicate how Zluri can solve them effectively.
Achieve and exceeding, weekly/monthly metrics (meetings, qualified opportunities, new contacts, etc.).

Internship Term Salary: INR 33,333 per month
Full Time Salary :INR 5 Lakhs per annum (80% fixed and 20% variable). *This is subject to successful completion of Internship and confirmation to Full Time employees.
