One of our key client is into Tours & Travel Company is having an opening for “Airline Ticketing Executive”.

Designation: Airline Ticketing Executive

Experience: Fresher / 1+ years

Roles and Responsibilities:

  • Airline Ticketing staff have to directly interact with customers, answer customer questions about flight timings, seat availability, fares, reservations etc. & sending email to them accordingly.
  • Knowledge of Area Code, City Code, Airline Code.
  • If having a good knowledge of Amadeus/ Galelio / Sabre will be an advantage.
  • Must be ready to do work for Full Time/Sunday’s (once in a month)
