Accountable for the completion of standard and non-standard tasks, within the scope of the function
Registration and control of travel and expense refunds for Zalaris customers
Travel run for payment of controlled trips
Customer service by phone and mail – receive and respond to customer questions
Participate in further developing routines and travel processes
Ad hoc tasks and projects Performing any additional tasks, linked to the primary scope of the position
Required to have good communication skills, both written and oral, in English and local language
Ability to plan work and make priorities
Willingness to learn and contribute to a positive working atmosphere
Customer focused with ability to deliver high quality services
Business minded and alert to customer’s needs
Proactive in improving processes and procedures
Flexible in relation to tasks and work extent

Education & experience
Bachelor university degree or other relevant education
No previous work experience required
