Job Location: Andheri East, Mumbai

Roles Responsibilities

• Conducting discovery session on clients existing process and map to SaaS product offering
• Requirement gathering, preparing Business Requirement Document, Process Requirement Document, user flow, wireframes, DFD’s etc.
• Analyzing business needs as well as performing technical feasibility study and system impact analysis
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders to establish project plans, track delivery and timelines
• Ensuring business requirements and processes are captured in project/system specifications
• Tracking and communicating progress as well as risks and issues
• Ensuring proper documentation is in place and providing support and training as required

Desired Profile

• B.E/B.Tech with at least 2 years’ experience within an IT Business Analyst/Project Manager role (Banking/ Insurance domain experience would be advantage)
• Expertise in requirements gathering and analysis as well as creating test plan cases
• Prior experience with Agile methodologies
• Exceptional communication skills (written and spoken) and are able to present clearly and effectively
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills are required to be successful in this role
• Motivated to push through in a high-pressure and fast-paced environment
• Strong command on MS Office, JIRA/Trello
