Role Description

We are seeking a full-time Head / VP of Sales –

1. Domestic Market
2. International Market

for WTZ Prime & ExpertZone Services, Mumbai location. This individual will be responsible for developing and implementing sales strategies to increase revenue and market share for both domestic and international markets. They will also be responsible for building and leading a high-performing sales team, managing key accounts, creating and maintaining strong relationships with both new and existing customers, and overseeing the sales process from start to finish.

Important Note :We are a Startup and starting operation, We expect you take up call with closing the Business deal your self with the Customer or Helping the Executive to transact it.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or a related field. MBA preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in sales with a proven track record of success, with at least 5 years in a sales leadership position. Experience in international sales preferred.SAAS., B2b. Indistrial Products
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills, ability to build strong relationships with customers and lead a high-performing sales team.
• Strong understanding of the domestic and international sales landscape, with experience in developing and implementing successful sales strategies.
• Experience in the technology industry, and knowledge of software sales is a plus.
• Adept at using various sales tools including Salesforce, Pipedrive, etc.
• Sharp analytical skills, with the ability to interpret sales performance data and make strategic decisions based on trends.
• Ability to function in a fast-paced and dynamic work environment, with a positive and enthusiastic attitude.

Remuneration : The Remuneration will be Based on Equity ( ESOP + Revenue Sharing Model)

We are expecting a Revenue of INR 5 Cr during 1st Year, with a team of 10 Members, we have the scope to scale higher by enhancing team size.
