About WOWS Global:
Wows Global is a unified digital fintech platform for private companies and investors. The Company’s core offering includes founder tools (cap table, ESOP, Dealroom, Legal Documents etc) and an investor portal, showcasing the portfolio of raising companies on WOWS Invest. The product team is in the process of consolidating its various tools into a unified ecosystem and we are in need of an experienced BA / PO to lead the product team.
Job Description:
As a Business Analyst / Product Owner at WOWS Global, you will play a pivotal role in driving the development and enhancement of our equity management and data products. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including developers, other analysts and stakeholders, to define product requirements, drive feature prioritization, and ensure the successful delivery of high-quality solutions that meet our clients’ needs.
Key Responsibilities:
Product Strategy and Vision: Develop and maintain a clear product vision, strategy, and roadmap for equity management and investment products.
Requirements Gathering and Documentation: Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and define detailed product requirements, including user stories, flowcharts, software requirements specifications (SRS), business requirement documents (BRD), and acceptance criteria.
Project Management: Lead and coordinate project teams, ensuring that projects are delivered on time and within scope. Coordinate estimations, backlog refinements and sprint planning with the development teams and report timelines back to management.
Prioritization: Prioritize features and improvements based on stakeholder needs, technical feasibility, resource availability, business value, customer feedback, and market trends. Communicate and plan this in detail in the corresponding space (Trello).
User Experience: Champion the user experience, ensuring that products are intuitive and meet the needs of our clients. Enforce consistent look and feel through use of UI guidelines and ensure seamless user experience.
Testing and Validation: Conduct thorough testing of product features and coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) and system integration testing (SIT)
Documentation: Create and maintain comprehensive product documentation, including product Wiki, FAQ, user guides and release notes.
Data Analysis: Leverage (user) data analytics to make informed decisions, optimize product performance, and identify areas for improvement. Deliver weekly reports usage reports and provide key insights.
Stakeholder Communication: Keep stakeholders informed of product progress, product releases, updates, and any changes in priorities. Keep shared (Notion) space up to date with latest information and data.
Competitive and Trend Analysis: Stay up to date with competition and new trends and ensure the products stay relevant and technology forward.
Qualifications:
Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, or a related field.
Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Business Analyst or Product Owner in a relevant industry, with a strong preference for candidates with experience in equity management and/or investment tools.
Proven ability to develop and implement product strategies, roadmaps, and prioritize features effectively.
Strong project management skills with a focus on leadership and coordination.
Exceptional skills in creating high-quality requirement documentation, including flowcharts, SRS, user stories, BRD, and acceptance criteria.
Proficiency in working in an agile development environment.
Very strong organization skills and attention to detail are a must for this role.
Excellent written and verbal communication: the ability to clearly and concisely express a requirement is key.
