Job Description:

Wolbes is a leading I.T. , Data Centre services provider. We are looking for a highly motivated and results-oriented Inside Sales Representative to join our growing team. You will play a key role in driving sales of our data center solutions, including servers, cooling systems, racks, IT equipment, and structured cabling. You will be responsible for prospecting for new leads, qualifying leads, nurturing customer relationships, preparing quotes and proposals, and supporting Sales Team in closing deals
Responsibilities:

Generate leads through various channels, including outboud- inbound calls, email marketing, and social media prospecting.
Qualify leads by understanding customer needs and requirements.
Conduct tele-sales calls to educate potential customers about our data center solutions.
Develop and maintain a strong understanding of our product portfolio, including servers, cooling systems, racks, IT equipment, and structured cabling.
Prepare accurate and competitive quotes and proposals.
Manage and track the sales funnel, ensuring timely follow-up with prospects.
Create professional customer emails for communication and marketing purposes.
Liaise with vendors to ensure timely product availability and pricing.
Perform administrative tasks related to sales, HR, and office administration (filing, data entry, etc.).
Participate in sales meetings and training sessions.
Achieve and exceed assigned sales targets.
Qualifications:
Graduate with proficiency in English.
Priori knowledge of I.T.

and Data Center would be a plus.
Minimum of 1-2 years of experience in a B2B sales environment.
Proven track record of exceeding sales quotas.
Strong understanding of the sales process, from lead generation to closing deals.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both written and verbal.
Excellent presentation skills.
Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Experience with CRM software (Salesforce, HubSpot, etc.) is a plus.
Strong organizational and time management skills.
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Ability to multi-task and prioritize effectively.
Strong technical aptitude with a good understanding of data center solutions (servers, cooling, racks, IT equipment, and structured cabling)

is a plus.
