Job DescriptionMaintain, manage and coordinate the Service Level management process.Identify, develop and maintain Service Level relationships.Maintain Service Level Agreement and Key Performance Indicators.Monitor, analyze and report Service Level achievements and KPIs, including defined end-to-end business service levels.Perform Service Level reporting consolidation and analysis across Service providers and provide an aggregated end-to-end performance view.Conduct monthly service review or as required with Client and Service providers.Address Service Levels, as agreed and by escalating the ones that have missed the target and providing a remedial action plan.Coordinate and implement action plan following a missed Service Level.Ensure Service providers are developing and performing Service improvement and coordinate the implementation upon Clients approval.Lead and coordinate end-to-end Service improvement plan for Service providers.Be responsible to gather and consolidate data and reports from Service providers.Provide ad hoc reports as requested by Client.Ensure all reports are accessible through the Client repository database in the Client environment where documents are to be stored.Publish and distribute reports / dashboards in an electronic format.
