Job DescriptionEnsure Service providers are properly identifying configuration items (CI).Coordinate CMDB & CI planning between Service providers.Supervise, monitor and confirm validity of Service providers loads of CI data (CMDB Librarian).Ensure Service providers creation & maintenance of configuration items and relationships.Ensure that Service providers are controlling configuration items by maintaining integrity and completeness of the configuration items.Validate that only authorized Parties may change the CMDB based on Clients guidelines.Perform verification and audits of CMDB and asset database to validate consistency between CMDB data and live inventory or any integration point from Service providers.Ensure Service providers will verify that all CIs approved by Client for the equipment, Software, and Applications are incorporated into CMDB.
