Job Description**We are encouraging hiring for IMMEDIATE joining and full-time education**Experience Level: 8- 15 YearsLocation of posting: PAN IndiaAvailability to work in 24*7 support, BAU support and 2000+ server support is MUST.Mandatory Skills Required # Hyper-V Installation; Hyper-V Clustering Configuration; Migration of VMs from Old to New Hyper V using native Hyper V migration tools; Windows and Windows ClusteringStrong Knowledge on Microsoft Windows Hyper-V Infrastructure Design, Implementation, Management and Administration including Hyper-V High Availability; Failover Clustering; Shared Storage Clustering; Hyper-V Networking, NIC teaming, Virtual Switches, Server Virtualization etc.Strong knowledge on Virtual Machine Mobility and Migration.Good knowledge on Windows Hyper-V Security Hardening PoliciesGood Knowledge on Hyper-V Replication, Backup and RecoveryGood Knowledge on Physical server hardware configuration.Good Knowledge network and connectivity to Physical server.Depth knowledge on Windows 2016/2019.Inventory Management of VM serversBasic knowledge on AV/Patching.Scope of Work:Lead Administrator should be able to perform all below work/tasks independently without any help and also be able to help/guide other staff / team members to perform the tasks/work:Installation & configuration of Hyper V Clustered platform at various Data CentersShould be capable in setting up of infrastructure with self-service-provisioning and monitoring services using various software/tools. Setting up the Data protection mechanism (at local/remote site) using tool like Microsofts Hyper-v replication/DPM etc.Migrating of VMs from Old Hyper V servers to new Hyper V servers using native tools.Proactive & Preventive measures against any crash/failures of Services/Servers.Regularly monitor, maintain, analysis system logs of the performance monitoring of servers including but not limited to monitoring CPU, disk space, memory utilization, I/O utilization, etc. Ensure that the bottlenecks in the infrastructure are identified and fine tuning is done for optimal performance.Management & creation of user accounts, applying proper access control for using any Server resource / services.System log rotation. Monitoring & managing of VM/Containers/ host security at infrastructure at level. Maintaining/updating the documents on process/procedures/user-manuals etc. related to the activities involved in.
