Experience Breakup:
2-3 years experience in a similar industry/job. At least 18 months + experience in doing a similar role/ responsibility. Preferably Exposure to Utilities Domain, else Telecom Domain, else Customer Services.
Work Status: Work From Office
Educational Requirement: Graduate
Experience: 6-8 Yrs.
Shifts: Shift-24/7(should be comfortable with night shift); rotational week-offs
Skill: Excellent communication skills.
Notice period: Immediate Joiner/30-45 Days
Skills Required:
• Extensive domain understanding of retail business within oil and gas industry and upstream/downstream business classification.
• Knowledge of different business model operation within downstream distribution eg. DODO, CODO & COCO.
• Extensive understanding of the client’s products and their possible technical realization
• Responsible for administrative aspects including reporting
• Superior communication (oral, written), presentation, and interpersonal skills
• Utilities process background is desirable
• Working knowledge of MS-Office(Word ,Excel –Charts, Pivots etc.), Operating Systems, internet services & Online tools.
• Ability to interact with internal & external customers while seeking information
•Process Approach and comprehension of customer requirements
•Mature individual with ability to work & communicate with people across the client organization and all functions within own organization.
•Handle escalations and assist agents.
• Good Interpersonal & people management skills with good problem solving approach.
• Good analytical skills for MIS, number crunching & reporting to internal & external customers
• Ability to exercise managerial judgment and perform as a mentor
• Leadership skills
•Needs to be neutral /unbiased while monitoring in interest of the process and delivery.
•Data integrity ,Confidentiality & Ownership of data provided and reported to Leadership ,MIS & Management team.
Good to have:
• Experience of delivering against challenging business targets.
• Previous experience in a commercially orientated and / or regulated environment.
• Previous experience gained within the water or waste water sectors or within the broader utilities, process or manufacturing industry sectors.
• Understanding of household plumbing and water distribution.
Responsibilities:
• Responsible for managing team of associates.
• Independently handle, assist the customer to determine problems and provide resolutions on any customer care issues & service problems, coordinate escalations, assess customer’s needs
• Motivating customer care advisors through effective management, career development and implementation of reporting mechanisms
• Liaison with other areas of the company affecting technical support.
• Analysis of reports including process dashboards and team performance reports.
• Initiate appropriate action plans and trainings
• Manage attendance & attendance incentive for the team. Managing periodic shift level projects/initiatives & responsible for the administrative aspects of the group/shift.
• Handle customer complaints and provide resolution for escalated calls
• Keep oneself and ensures one’s team is updated, aware of, and compliant to all Company policies and procedures which include Information Security Management Systems
• Ensure that all company information which includes customer information are kept confidential and secured
• Coaching and Counseling the Agents to perform and deliver
•Liaising with Operations ,Quality ,Technology and other support functions
•Needs to be neutral /unbiased while monitoring in interest of the process and delivery.
