• Partner with branch teams and internal stakeholders to streamline the client onboarding process.
• Process new account documents accurately and efficiently.
• Handle maintenance requests and internal requests with precision.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to enhance and streamline onboarding processes.
• Ensure branches are equipped to provide extraordinary client experiences.
• Protect the firm by managing risks associated with the onboarding process.
• Supervise controls and adhere to regulatory and audit requests.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations and policies.
