Position overview:
We are currently seeking a regional sales manager for the south central usWilson electronics is experiencing significant demand for our enterprise line of in-building cellular amplification technologyThe regional sales manager south central is an individual contributor field sales role responsible for the sale of the company`s wilsonpro products to telecommunications customers in the assigned region consisting of 6 states (tx, ok, la, ar, ks, mo)The rsm will focus on the wilsonpro product lineThe regional sales manager will coordinate the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives, including achievement of product sales/solution sales goalsThe individual will have responsibility for selling wilsonpro solutions and will help develop, build and manage key customer relationships within the assigned territory.
This position will be based from a home office, preferably located in texas, the south central defined region or in close proximity to a major airport, with significant travel expected.
Position benefits:
This position has a competitive salary based on experience plus the opportunity to earn a variable sales commission each month and upside each quarter.
This position reports to the vp of enterprise sales and is fully remote.

A day on the job may include:
Executing the complete sales cycle, from generating sales leads, coordinating sales activities, and required resources for solution development, to negotiating and closing.
Assessing key decision-makers` needs and develops a plan of action to meet customer needs with wilsonpro products and services.
Coordinating the sales and customer relationship process to meet assigned financial objectives; including achievement of product sales/solution sales goals.
Managing the on-going account relationshipsMaintains account presence by providing value-added services and maintaining professional relationships with key customer personnelUnderstands customer`s business, technology and product requirements and appropriately matches wilson electronics and wilsonpro solutions to meet customer needs.
Demonstrating significant expertise in assigned product lines and ability to explain technical issuesHas a broad knowledge of the wilsonpro product lineFavorably influences product selection in targeted accounts with appropriate sales messaging.
Engaging appropriate internal resources to support sales pursuits.
Performing revenue and demand forecasting, account planning, project planning and other related sales administrative tasks to grow financial objectivesProvides information and reports, as required, to inform management of sales progress and success.
Supporting and participating in individual and team sales initiatives where applicable by gathering and communicating pertinent information for assigned accountsShares sales leads with sales colleagues for products that are assigned to other sales resources in the region/territory and other product lines.

Education and experience:
Bachelor`s degree in business or equivalent experience
Enterprise level sales experience in electronics, security, or other in building technology
Prior das and wireless industry work experience preferred
Communication skills:
Excellent communications skills (verbal and written), time management, and organizational skills
Strong presentation skills
Ability to gather and communicate pertinent industry information to support and participate in team sales initiatives
Ability to effectively call on and develop strong customer relationships within all customer levels up to and including the corporate level
Proven record of technical learning abilityIn depth knowledge of wireless industry and technologies, and familiar with latest and upcoming trends
Extensive knowledge of the competitive marketplace, industry trends, competitive initiatives, etc., to convert and identify opportunities from existing business, and identify new business opportunities
Excellent ability to work independently with little supervision
Relationship building skills:
