Full job description
Maintaining and reviewing financial records.
* ensuring compliance with accounting and tax laws.
* preparing budgets regularly.
* monitoring expenditure and profits and providing reports.
* evaluating internal management systems, procedures, and risks in order to provide recommendations.
* maintain inventory by implementing purchasing plans and staying in contact with vendors and shippers
* manage stock levels and make key decisions about stock control
* ensure standards for quality, customer service and health and safety are met
* keep records of purchase and dispatch details
* responsible for all store, dispatch and purchase related activities
* any other task that may be reasonably requested by the organization.
Skills required:
Knowledge about tds and gst taxation is must
A degree in accounting or similar.
Previous working experience as an accounting officer.
Knowledge and competency in accounting principles.
Proficiency in management systems.
Administration skills.
Sound interpersonal skills.
Proficiency in ms excel and tally.
Fluent in english, hindi (speech & script)
