Work on Microsoft Answers Forum to reply on M365 related threads:
· Monitor and respond to user inquiries promptly.
· Troubleshoot and resolve user-reported issues.
· Provide expert advice and recommendations.
· Share knowledge and contribute to discussions.
· Stay updated with Microsoft products and technologies.
· Adhere to guidelines, policies, and maintain professionalism.
Requirements:
· Good English writing and Speaking skills.
· Microsoft M365 products knowledge (Prefer M365 products, Exchange Online, SharePoint Online)
· Good Communication skills.
· Customer Support experience is preferred.
