Full Job Description

We are looking a welled Experienced and knowledgeable candidate who must have these qualities.

– knowledge of Ms -excel & Auto cad

– having in detail knowledge on-going civil – Interior, MEP work and finishing activities.

– Ability to handle multiple projects at a time

– Regular site visits to check if contractor is maintaining quality and following drawings.

– Co-ordination between design staff, contractor & client for require onsite clearances.

– Taking site measurements, making layout in cad.

– Maintain the site record and complete the work under timeline.

– An eye for detail is a basic requirement.

– Check plans, drawings, site measurements, quantities for accuracy of calculations & bill checking.

– Prepare material reconciliation report

– Vendor follow-up for material / sample procurement
